In this Temple Consists of Sanctum Sanctorum, Artha Mandapam, Maha Mandapam and Front Mandapam all facing the North. At the Right Side of the Athamandapam, there is Urchavar Mandapam and at the left, Arulmigu Agnai Vinayagar. Besides, at the western side of the Sanctum Santorum there are separate Sannathis facing the East for the Deities Arulmigu Kasi Viswanathar, Arulmigu Kanni Moola Ganapathy and Arulmigu Kalyana Subramaniyar. Adjacent to the wall of Kasi visvanathar sannathis With Vimanam for Arulmigu Sandigeswarar, Arulmigu Brahma, Arulmigu Lingothpavar. And Small Seperate Sannathis for Arulmigu Visalatchi Ambal , Arulmigu Durgai Ambal, Arulmigu Kalabairavar and Navagrahas.
In this Temple Consists of Sanctum Sanctorum, Artha இத்திருக்கோயில் வடக்கு நோக்கி கருவறை, அர்த்தமண்டபம்,மகாமண்டபம் மற்றும் முன்மண்டபம் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.அர்த்த மண்டபத்தின் வலது பகுதியில் உற்சவர் மண்டபமும், இடதுபுறம் அனுக்கை விநாயகரும் அமைந்துள்ளார். மேலும் கருவறையின் மேற்கு பகுதியில் அருள்மிகு காசி விஸ்வநாதர் மற்றும் அருள்மிகு கன்னி மூல கணபதி, அருள்மிகு கல்யாண சுப்பிரமணியர் தனித்தனி சன்னதிகளாக கிழக்கு நோக்கி அமைத்துள்ளது. மேலும் காசி விஸ்வநாதர் சன்னதி சுவற்றை ஒட்டி, அருள்மிகு தட்சனாமுர்த்தி, அருள்மிகு லிங்கோத்பவர், அருள்மிகு பிரம்மா, அருள்மிகு சண்டிகேஸ்வரர் சன்னதிகளும், மேலும் அருள்மிகு விசாலாட்சி அம்பாள்,அருள்மிகு துர்க்கை அம்பாள் , அருள்மிகு கால பைரவர், நவக்கிரகம் தனித்தனி விமானங்களுடன் அமைத்துள்ளது.
