Then thilaiwal anthanarkal came to perur after having holybath in kanjima river worshiped pattiperuman and pachainayagi ambal along with they worshiped arasambalvanar. to the south of arasambalavanar in temple constructed a small temple by installed a sivalingam over there. After worshiping the above side lingam they return the back to the keelaichithambaram. The temple constructed by the thilaival anthanarkal is knowns alagiya chitrambalam and deity worshiped by then was knowns thiruchitramamudiyar.
